Menards is hiring for a Manager Trainee program in Ohio (Mentor). This paid, full-time, hands-on training is designed to develop you for a future Management role. You will work with a General Management team and store staff to learn the business and advance into leadership positions.

• Must have strong customer service skills.

• Leadership experience or a business-related degree is preferred.
