Job summary

Menards is hiring for a Manager Trainee position in retail management. This paid, full-time, hands-on training program is designed to develop and prepare you for a future management role within Menards.

As you progress through the program, you will work with General Management, Department Managers, and Store Team Members to build a deep understanding of our business and prepare you for advancement to a management role across Menards 330+ store locations and facilities.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Ability to lead and develop a team.
• Leadership experience or a business-related degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in paid, full-time, hands-on training program to develop management skills.
• Work with General Management, Department Managers, and Store Team Members to learn the business.
• Progress through program toward a management role.
