Menards Inc. is hiring for a Manager Trainee position in retail management. The program is paid, full-time, and hands-on, designed to develop you into a store leadership role.

You will work with General Management, Department Managers, and Store Team Members to learn the business and prepare for a management position in the near future. The program emphasizes promotion-from-within culture, ongoing training, flexible scheduling options, and opportunities to advance to 330+ store locations,
