Menards is hiring for a Manager Trainee program in Michigan. The paid, full-time, hands-on training develops you for Menards management roles.

You will work with General Management, Department Managers, and Store Team Members to gain a thorough understanding of the business and prepare for future leadership opportunities. The program emphasizes promotion-from-within, with opportunities across 330+ store locations, the corporate office, manufacturing facilities, and distribution centers.
