Job summary

Menards Inc. is seeking motivated individuals for a paid, full-time Manager Trainee program in Retail Management. You will work with the General Management team and Department Managers to learn our business and prepare for a future store leadership role.

As you progress, you’ll have exposure to store operations, customer service, and staff development, with strong advancement potential across 330+ locations. A business-related degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Ability to lead and develop a team.
• Leadership experience or a business-related degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the paid, full-time Manager Trainee training program.
