Menards is recruiting for a Manager Trainee position in retail management. This paid, full-time training program develops you for future leadership roles across our growing network of stores.

You will work with General Management, Department Managers, and Store Team Members to build a solid understanding of our business and prepare for management responsibilities in the near future.
