Job summary

Menards offers a Manager Trainee program that is a paid, full-time, hands-on training path designed to prepare you for management within the company.

As you progress with the General Management team and store leadership, you gain the skills to lead teams, develop associates, and advance to leadership roles across our 330+ store locations, corporate offices, manufacturing facilities, and distribution centers.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Ability to lead and develop a team.
• Leadership experience or a business-related degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a paid, full-time Manager Trainee program to develop managerial skills.
• Work with General Management, Department Managers and Store Team Members to understand the business and prepare for management roles.
• Progress through the program with the goal of advancing to store leadership at Menards locations.
