This paid, full-time, hands-on training is designed to develop and prepare you for the world of Menards Management, with mentors from General Management, Department Managers, and Store Team Members guiding you as you progress.

As you advance, you can promote to over 330 store locations and corporate roles, with a promote-from-within culture and advancement opportunities.
