Job summary

Menards is offering a paid, full-time Manager Trainee program designed to develop you for a future leadership role in retail management. You will work closely with General Management, Department Managers, and Store Team Members to learn our business and prepare for advancement.

Upon completion of the program, you will be eligible to promote to roles across 330+ store locations, the corporate office, manufacturing facilities, and distribution centers, with an emphasis on promoting from within.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience or a business-related degree preferred.
• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Ability to lead and develop a team.

Responsibilities

• Learn the fundamentals of retail management through hands-on training.
• Work with management to develop store operations.
• Prepare for advancement into store leadership roles.
