Menards is seeking candidates for a paid, full-time Manager Trainee program designed to develop you for a successful career in retail management. You will work hands-on with the General Management team and store leadership to learn the ins and outs of running a Menards store.

As you progress through the program, your General Management team, Department Managers, and Store Team Members will help build your understanding of our business and prepare you to take on a management role in the near
