Job summary

Menards is looking for motivated individuals to join its Manager Trainee program in Sedalia, MO. This paid, full-time training path develops future store leaders through hands-on experience and mentorship from the General Management team.

You will work alongside Department Managers and Team Members, gaining a thorough understanding of our business and preparing for a management role in the near future.

• Leadership experience or a business-related degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a hands-onManager Trainee program designed to develop store leadership.
