Menards is offering a paid, full-time Manager Trainee program designed to train you for management responsibilities. You will progress with guidance from General Management, Department Managers, and Store Team Members to build a solid foundation in our business and prepare for future leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a paid, full-time manager trainee program to develop future management skills.

• Promote-from-within culture and advancement to store locations, corporate office, or facilities after program completion.
• Provide outstanding customer service and help develop a high-performing team.
