Menards in Fargo, ND is launching a Manager Trainee program—a paid, full-time, hands-on training track designed to develop you for management roles. You will learn store operations while being mentored by a management team.

As you progress, your General Management team, Department Managers, and Store Team Members will help you build the skills to take on a management role across our network. The program emphasizes promote-from-within career paths and offers advancement opportunities to 330+
