Menards invites you to join a paid Manager Trainee program designed to develop the skills needed for a future leadership role in our retail operations. You will work with General Management, Department Managers, and Store Team Members to gain hands-on experience and prepare for advancement.

As you progress, opportunities to move into store management across 330+ locations and the corporate network become available, supported by a culture that promotes from within and strong training resources.

• Leadership experience or a business-related degree preferred.
