Job summary

Menards in Michigan is seeking motivated individuals for a paid, full-time Manager Trainee program designed to develop you for a rewarding career in retail management. You’ll work closely with General Managers, Department Managers, and Store Team Members to learn every aspect of store operations, processes, and leadership in a hands-on environment.

As you progress, you’ll be prepared to take on a management role across Menards’ 330+ store locations.

Qualifications

• Motivated with a passion for excellence and customer service.
• Leadership experience or a business-related degree preferred.
• Strong communication and team-building skills.
• Willingness to participate in a paid, full-time training program.
