Menards in Rockford, IL is seeking a Manager Trainee for a paid, full-time hands-on program designed to develop and prepare you for a world of Menards management. As you progress through the trainee program, your General Management team and Store Team Members will work with you to build a solid understanding of our business and help ready you for a future management role across our 330+ locations.
