Job summary

Menards Inc. in Illinois is seeking individuals for a Manager Trainee program, a paid, full-time, hands-on training track designed to develop you into a Menards manager. You will work with General Management, Department Managers, and Store Team Members to prepare for a future leadership role.

Upon completion, you’ll be eligible for advancement to numerous positions across 330+ store locations, corporate offices, and distribution centers, in a culture that promotes from within.

Qualifications

• Manager Trainee program is a paid, full-time, hands-on training program designed to develop and prepare you for Menards Management.
• Progress through the program with General Management and Department Managers to prepare for a management role.
• Promotion to 330+ store locations, Corporate Office, manufacturing facilities and distribution centers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a store team to deliver excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with managers to implement store initiatives and training.
