Menards Inc. is offering a paid, full-time Manager Trainee program in Minnesota, designed to develop you into a store management role.

You will work alongside General Management, Department Managers, and Store Team Members to gain hands-on experience and prepare for leadership opportunities. Successful trainees progress toward management positions across Menards’ 330+ store locations, benefiting from advancement opportunities, on-the-job training, and a promote-from-within culture that supports
