Job summary

Menards is offering a Manager Trainee program in retail management. This paid, full-time training positions you to work closely with General Management and Department Managers to gain hands-on experience in our operations.

You will progress with a team to understand our business and prepare for future management roles across Menards’ locations. A strong customer focus and leadership potential are desired.
