Menards Inc. is seeking motivated individuals for a Manager Trainee program in Lincoln, NE. This paid, full-time training role develops you for future leadership across 330+ stores.

You will work with General Management, Department Managers, and Store Teams to learn operations and build essential management skills. Upon completion, you’ll be eligible for promotions within Menards’ store network and corporate facilities, supported by on-the-job training and a promote-from-within culture that
