Job summary

Menards is hiring for a Manager Trainee in our Retail Management program. This paid, full-time training path develops you for store leadership by pairing you with experienced General Managers, Department Managers, and Store Team Members who guide your progress toward a management role.

Throughout the program you gain hands-on experience and exposure to all facets of store operations, with a Promote-From-Within culture and clear advancement opportunities across 330+ locations.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills are expected.
• Ability to lead and develop a team is required.
• Leadership experience or a business-related degree is preferred.

Responsibilities
