Job summary

Menards in Michigan is seeking motivated individuals to join our Manager Trainee program. This paid, full-time training position develops you for future store leadership through hands-on experience and mentoring.

During the program you will work with General Management, Department Managers, and Store Team Members to learn our business and prepare for a management role. Upon completion, opportunities to advance to one of our 330+ locations or corporate teams await.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service is expected.
• Ability to lead and develop a team.
• Leadership experience or a business-related degree preferred.
