Job summary

Menards is hiring a Manager Trainee for a paid, full-time, hands-on training program designed to develop and prepare you for store management.

As you progress, your General Management team and Store Team Members will help you gain the skills to advance into a management role across our 330+ locations, with opportunities for advancement and a promote-from-within culture. Starting pay includes weekend differential of $3 per hour.

Qualifications

Outstanding Customer Service skills.
Ability to lead and develop a team.
Leadership experience or a Business-related degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Participate in a paid, full-time Manager Trainee program to prepare for store management.
Work with General Management, Department Managers and Store Team Members to learn operations.
Develop understanding of our business and prepare for future management roles.
