Menards in Michigan invites you to join the Manager Trainee program, a paid, full-time, hands-on training path designed to develop future store leaders. You will train with General Management, Department Managers, and Store Team Members to build the skills needed to manage a 330+ store network, with promote-from-within culture and growth opportunities.
