The Manager in Training (MIT) position is a short-term transitional role offering work assignments and training to prepare MITs for promotion into Retail/Commercial Store Management. Progression to management typically occurs within 8-12 weeks, depending on experience and performance.
As a management team member, an MIT is expected to Live The Pledge, deliver WOW! Customer Service, and drive store performance. Under the Store Manager's supervision, the MIT will lead a team through strong leadership, initiative, and example-setting.
