Job summary

Menards Inc. in Belton, MO, is seeking motivated individuals for a paid Manager Trainee program.

This full-time training roles you for a future management position within Menards, with on-the-job learning and mentorship from General Management and Department Managers. You will progress through hands-on experiences and be prepared to take on management responsibilities at one of Menards’ 330+ stores, corporate office, or facilities.

Qualifications

• Outstanding Customer Service skills.
• Ability to lead and develop a team.
• Leadership experience or a Business-related degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the Manager Trainee program and develop leadership capabilities.
• Work with General Management, Department Managers and Store Team Members to learn our business.
• Advance toward a management role after completing the program.
