Job summary

Menards Inc. in Naperville, IL is hiring a Manager Trainee in a paid, full-time program designed to develop you for a store leadership role. You will work alongside senior management to learn every facet of store operations and prepare for future responsibilities.

As you progress, General Management, Department Managers, and Store Team Members will guide you to deepen understanding and readiness for a management position across our 330+ store locations.

Qualifications

• Customer service excellence and clear communication.
• Ability to lead and develop a team.
• Business-related degree preferred for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Support General Management in day-to-day store operations during the trainee program.
• Collaborate with Department Managers and Store Team Members to learn all aspects of store management.
• Develop readiness to transition into a full management role across locations.
