Job summary

Menards Inc. is offering a paid, full-time Manager Trainee program designed to develop and prepare you for store management.

You will work closely with General Management, Department Managers and Store Team Members to learn the business and progress into a leadership role at a future date. As you advance through the program, your team will help you build hands-on experience in retail operations, with the potential to promote to one of over 330 store locations, corporate office, manufacturing

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store teams during the Manager Trainee program.
