Job summary

Menards Inc. is seeking motivated candidates for its Manager Trainee program in Retail Management. This paid, full-time training program develops you for store leadership by working alongside managers and team members to grow your business knowledge.

As you progress, you will gain exposure to general management, department heads, and store teams, with advancement opportunities across our 330+ locations and beyond.

Qualifications

• Outstanding Customer Service skills.
• Ability to lead and develop a team.
• Leadership experience or a Business-related degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be part of a paid, full-time Manager Trainee program to learn store management.
• Work with General Management, Department Managers, and Store Team Members to understand business operations.
• Advance to management roles across Menards’ locations after completing the program.
