Job summary

Menards is seeking motivated individuals for a Manager Trainee position, a paid, full-time, hands-on training program designed to develop and prepare you for retail management. As you progress, your General Management team and Store Team Members will work with you to deepen your understanding of our business and help you assume a management role in the near future.

Upon completion, you will be eligible to advance to positions across 330+ store locations, corporate Office, manufacturing

Qualifications

• Leadership experience or a Business-related degree preferred.
• Outstanding Customer Service skills.
• Ability to lead and develop a team.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a paid, full-time Manager Trainee training program.
