Menards Inc. in Wheeling Township, IL is seeking motivated individuals for a Manager Trainee program. This paid, full-time training program develops you toward a future management role within Menards' store network and corporate facilities.

You will train hands-on with General Management, Department Managers, and Store Team Members, building knowledge of operations and leadership that prepares you for advancement in over 330 store locations nationwide.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience or a Business-related degree preferred
• Outstanding Customer Service skills
• Ability to lead and develop a team

Responsibilities

• Participate in the Manager Trainee program to develop general management skills
• Work with General Management, Department Managers, and Store Team Members to learn the business
• Progress toward a management role within the company
