Job summary

Menards is hiring a Manager Trainee in a paid, full-time program designed to develop you for a future management role. You will learn alongside General Management, Department Managers, and Store Team Members to understand the business and prepare for leadership responsibilities.

Upon completion, you may qualify to advance to roles across Menards’ 330+ store locations, Corporate Office, Manufacturing Facilities, and Distribution Centers, with promotion-from-within opportunities.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Ability to lead and develop a team.
• Leadership experience or a Business-related degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the paid Manager Trainee training program.
