Arlington Resources seeks a Total Rewards Leader for a client in McHenry, Illinois. The role is fully onsite and focuses on compensation and benefits strategy, benchmarking, and creating competitive offers.

You will manage benefits and retirement programs, ensure compliance, and oversee HRIS modules for compensation and benefits. A Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of compensation & benefits experience are required, manufacturing background preferred.

The client located in McHenry, Illinois is seeking a Total Rewards Leader to join their team.

• Manage the delivery of benefit and retirement programs
• Ensure compliance and manage HRIS modules for benefits and compensation

• Background in a manufacturing industry desired

Compensation & Benefits

Salary up to $115,000 plus bonus and stock options. Medical, dental, vision, life, STD, LTD, and tuition reimbursement available. Relocation assistance provided for qualified candidates. This position is fully onsite.
