A leading national organization is seeking a Manager of Total Rewards to design, implement, and manage a comprehensive strategy that supports competitive compensation, benefits, and recognition programs. This hands‑on leader will blend strategic oversight with analytical precision to ensure total rewards initiatives align with organizational objectives, drive employee engagement, and strengthen talent attraction and retention.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a holistic total rewards strategy aligned with business goals and workforce priorities.
• Oversee daily administration of compensation, benefits, incentive, and leave programs, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and effectiveness.
• Partner with senior leadership and HR Business Partners to evaluate pay equity, market competitiveness, and compliance across all levels of the organization.
• Lead annual compensation planning cycles – including merit, bonus, and salary structure adjustments – leveraging data insights from HR systems.
• Prepare and present executive‑level materials for senior management and the Board’s Compensation Committee.
• Conduct market analyses, benchmarking, and program audits to drive continuous improvement and informed decision‑making.
• Manage external partners and vendors, maintaining compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing team within the total rewards function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive compensation and benefits experience, including 3+ years in leadership.
• Deep knowledge of compensation design, benefits administration, and HR technology systems (Oracle HCM or equivalent).
• Proven ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels, utilizing strong analytical and communication skills.
• Professional certifications such as CCP, CBP, or CEBS strongly preferred.
