The Job

Supports the Health Care Services department by identifying business needs that can be addressed with technology, evaluating new solutions, and designing business requirements to enhance processes and drive implementation. Supports modules within SCAN’s primary technology platforms, acting as a liaison among stakeholders to elicit, analyze, define, and document requirements for business challenges using technology.

You Will

  • Support and oversee projects related to clinical and non-clinical customer service innovation and technology implementation.
  • Develop business requirements for new technologies supporting service and care delivery, such as telephony, CRM, and care management platforms.
  • Collaborate on evaluating and assessing existing service platforms to ensure compliance and improve member outcomes.
  • Design processes for current and future service models and evaluate new technologies against business needs.
  • Lead system integration projects, managing implementation and ensuring systems align with SCAN’s vision.
  • Gather and document requirements, produce specifications, and support system redesigns as needed.
  • Assist in preparing departmental budgets, evaluations, and presentations.
  • Recruit, hire, and support staff development.
  • Deeply understand the teams, processes, and technologies supporting care coordination and management.
  • Support innovation with AI and other emerging technologies.
  • Contribute to SCAN’s vision and goals.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years experience with Internet, Intranet, Extranet, EDI, and client/server architectures.
  • 5+ years experience creating business requirements documentation (BRD, FDD, RTM, EPIC, User Stories).
  • Experience with business process modeling (UML, workflows, use case models).
  • Preferred: Experience with large-scale change management, MHK, and CRM platforms.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
