Job summary

NetJets is seeking a Manager of Technical Programs to lead the Technical Programs team, ensuring the maintenance tracking system remains accurate and aligned with FAA, NetJets, and OEM requirements. You will drive program improvements and oversee documentation across the General Maintenance Manual and inspection programs.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with OEMs, FAA, IT, and engineering teams to optimize processes and maintain regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Aviation or Engineering.
• FAA A&P certification required.
• 10+ years of experience in aviation maintenance programs or related field.
• Experience leading large projects and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage all requests related to Technical Programs and ensure maintenance tracking accuracy.
• Define best practices for configuration of aircraft, systems, and rules in the maintenance tracking system.
• Oversee entry of new fleet types and tail numbers into the tracking system.
• Incorporate OEM revisions and vendor inputs into NJA inspection programs with stakeholders.
