• Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations, project management, customer operations, or related environment.
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams and driving operational performance.
• Strong customer-facing experience with the ability to manage complex projects and stakeholder relationships.
• Experience developing and implementing process improvements that enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Strong business acumen balancing customer satisfaction, operational performance, and profitability.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to influence and collaborate across multiple functions and levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead Technical Project Management, Customer Care, Estimating, and Order Operations across the Specialized Openings business.
• Translate business, product, and market strategies into operational execution.
• Develop standardized workflows and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure quotes, submittals, orders, and projects move efficiently and on schedule.
• Partner with Product Management, Manufacturing, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Care.
• Drive a customer-centric operating model focused on responsiveness and accountability.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, scope gaps, and margin exposure.
• Protect profitability through operational discipline and sound decisions.
