  2. Project Planning, Order Requirements & Support: Guide the team on gathering and validating order requirements, especially for non-standard or complex orders. Ensure standards are followed and develop customer project implementation plans.
  3. Customer Order: Project Implementation and Delivery: Oversee project completion within quality standards and timelines, analyzing KPIs and providing improvement recommendations.
  4. Cross-Functional Support: Support and resolve cross-functional and customer issues, lead process design, and improve end-to-end fulfillment and support processes.
  5. Systems, Vendor, Data Support/Analysis: Analyze impacts on IBX Operations systems, investigate data issues, and coordinate vendor support.
  6. Budget Management: Own the budget, execute financial forecasts, and ensure compliance with accounting policies.
Qualifications, key skills, and attributes:
  • Strong project or people management experience, with ability to collaborate across regions and manage remote teams.
  • Develop and drive business review mechanisms, including metrics and action plans.
  • Effective communication of project updates, risks, and escalation points.
  • Support to senior management when needed.
  • Establish performance benchmarks and identify improvement opportunities using data analytics.
  • Build professional relationships and engage stakeholders effectively.
  • Maintain open communication, support, and guidance to your team for operational excellence.
  • Proven track record in driving business through clear actions and performance tracking.
