The HCM Cloud Technical Lead will leverage technical, functional, and leadership skills to ensure successful project delivery. This includes managing scope, collaborating with client counterparts, onshore and offshore teams, and overseeing technical resources to meet commitments on time and within budget.

Typical responsibilities include conducting familiarization sessions, leading workshops, developing technical strategies and architecture, guiding technical teams, ensuring quality standards, tracking progress, anticipating risks, and maintaining client relationships. The role also involves supporting sales efforts through technical discovery, solution design, estimation, and participating in presentations to showcase our capabilities. Additionally, the candidate may lead innovation initiatives within our communities of practice and cross-functional teams. Industry expertise is highly valued to ensure our solutions align with client needs and industry standards.

The Oracle Cloud HCM Technical Delivery Lead requires:

• Deep knowledge of HCM Applications technology
• Strong understanding of SaaS functionality, processes, and capabilities
• Leadership and management skills
• 8-10 years of relevant experience, including at least 4 years in consulting; prior team leadership preferred
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
• Technical expertise relevant to practice focus
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to build rapport with team members and clients
• Strong influencing and negotiation skills
• Willingness to travel as needed
