Role Title: Ironclad Technical Project Manager

Role Description:

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead client-side oversight of an Ironclad Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) transformation initiative, as part of a broader Lead-to-Cash (LTC) program. The platform build and configuration are being executed by a large systems integrator (SI); this role will manage internal coordination, ensure alignment with business and technical needs, and drive successful CLM delivery across legal, sales, procurement, and compliance functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client-Side Project Management: Manage the full project lifecycle for the Ironclad CLM workstream within the larger Lead-to-Cash program, including initiation, planning, execution, risk management, and deployment support.
• Technical Oversight: Ensure SI-delivered Ironclad configurations align with enterprise architecture, security policies, legal and compliance requirements, and Lead-to-Cash business process goals.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as the key liaison between the SI, internal IT, legal, sales, procurement, and business stakeholders, providing consistent updates, managing escalations, and ensuring alignment across interconnected Lead-to-Cash initiatives.
• Risk and Issue Management: Proactively identify and mitigate risks and issues related to the CLM workstream and manage cross-system dependencies within the broader program.
• Integration Oversight: Manage integrations and data flows between Ironclad and related systems such as Salesforce CRM, billing platforms (e.g., Zuora), ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite), and e-signature platforms (e.g., DocuSign).
• Change Management Support: Support organizational change management efforts by contributing to training plans, user readiness strategies, and process documentation for the new CLM platform.

Requirements:

• 6-9 years of IT Project Management experience, with a strong focus on system transformation, enhancement, or optimization projects.
• Direct experience managing Ironclad system changes, enhancements, implementations, or reconfigurations
• Deep understanding of contract management workflows, approval processes, metadata management, clause libraries, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Strong technical project leadership skills, including requirements gathering, solution validation, testing coordination, risk management, and vendor/SI oversight.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, working effectively with business owners, IT teams, and external vendors.
• High adaptability, problem-solving skills, and resilience operating in fast-paced, dynamic, multi-stakeholder transformation environments.
• Must have worked in Agile environments managing Agile projects.
• Strongly prefer some Agile certifications including CSM, SAFe, PMI-ACP, etc.
