Oversees the day-to-day recruiting operations for an assigned area, ensuring a seamless and effective recruitment process across a range of academic, clinical, research, and administrative roles. Manages a team of HR Talent Recruiters and/or Nurse Recruiters and collaborates with department leaders to drive recruiting efforts that attract diverse, high-quality candidates to meet the organization’s staffing needs.
Education and Experience Required:
Bachelor's degree and five (5) years of talent acquisition experience.
Certifications, Licenses, or Registrations Required:
Valid driver's license
Preferred Qualifications:
Recruitment experience in an academic medical center or large healthcare system
Experience leading recruitment operations and managing recruiters
Valid RN license if leading Nurse Recruiters
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Demonstrated ability to manage recruitment processes for a variety of roles, including clinical, academic, and administrative positions. Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, healthcare recruiting trends, and relevant regulatory environment. Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
Physical and Environmental Demands:
Requires occasional travelling to offsite locations, occasional work produced subject to precise measures of quantity and quality, occasional bending, occasional lifting and carrying up to 25 pounds, occasional crouching/stooping, occasional driving, occasional kneeling, frequent reaching, frequent sitting, frequent standing, occasional twisting, and frequent walking.
