Responsibilities

Overview:

We have an immediate need for a recruiting professional. Full desk recruitment efforts against 7-15 open requisitions: Sourcing, managing candidate life cycle, stakeholder management and implementing recruiting best practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Partners with hiring managers, senior leadership to establish sourcing & recruiting strategies to create and foster strong active and passive candidate pipelines
  • Develops an external network of talent sources that facilitate the development of a passive candidate pool, with focus on diversity and long term talent needs
  • Ability to craft, document and implement processes into enviormemnt with seamless coordination and execution
  • Anticipates Talent Acquisition trends for the business unit that he/she supports. Identifies current or future talent shortages/talent trends/new ways to identify external talent for the business unit that he/she supports
  • Maintain all pertinent applicant and interview data in the applicant tracking system
  • Coordinate and confirm interviews with candidates and internal teams
  • Interview prospective candidates (via phone, Skype, or in person) and educate candidates on company process
  • Ownership of candidate life cycle setting the proper expectations while providing a white glove candidate experience

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree; Minimum of 5 years of related experience in Recruiting Talent Acquisition
  • High emotional IQ with the ability to gain credibility and influence
  • Comfortable with ambiguity
  • Proven success in driving change within an organization
  • Experience in coaching all levels of employees
  • Demonstrated ability to be a strategic partner to executive level partners


Travel:

This position may require 10% to 20% travel.
