What You’ll Do

The Manager, Talent Acquisition drives business, capability, and culture objectives by delivering key hires at all levels. From providing a positive candidate experience to coaching hiring managers in identifying and recruiting critical talent, you will contribute to Authentic’s growth and success.

In this role, you are a member of a cohort led by a People & Culture Business Partner that delivers a talent strategy to either a specific region or portfolio of departments. Collaborating closely with business leaders, the Manager of Talent Acquisition will manage full lifecycle recruitment including shaping and implementing hiring plans, managing complex and confidential searches, and ensuring an exceptional, inclusive interview process. This is a hands-on, high-impact position in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.

What you’ll be working on

  • Lead full lifecycle recruitment for North and South America based roles across Lifestyle (fashion), Finance, IT, Operations, and other key business functions, spanning all levels of the organization.
  • Partner closely with P&C Business Partner and senior leadership to understand business objectives and translate them into forward-looking, impactful hiring strategies.
  • Manage complex and confidential searches, as needed including hard-to-fill and executive-level roles, requiring strategic sourcing and discretion.
  • Proactively source, evaluate, and present high-caliber talent while delivering a seamless, engaging candidate experience across all stages of the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Build strong, inclusive partnerships with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to drive alignment and hiring success.
  • Develop and execute targeted search strategies by leveraging direct sourcing, networking, and referrals to attract top talent.
  • Champion diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging in recruiting practices and talent pipelines.
  • Enhance and refine recruiting processes, tools, and metrics to ensure efficiency, consistency, and alignment with brand values.
  • Deliver data-driven insights to inform hiring decisions and influence business planning.
  • Professionally and authentically represent the company and its lifestyle brands, ensuring a positive employer brand presence in the market.
  • Contribute to our Campus program by supporting hiring managers in crafting meaningful intern experiences, coordinating student matching, and participating in intern events.
  • Identify opportunities to improve our employer value proposition externally including talent acquisition materials, brand positioning on career sites, and other means of presenting Authentic to candidates.
  • Support Talent Acquisition system improvements, including our ATS (Greenhouse), scheduling tools, onboarding platform, etc.
  • Other projects, as needed

Must Haves:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related field; equivalent experience also considered.
  • 5- 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 2 years in a TA lead-level role.
  • Proven success hiring across corporate functions with lifestyle, fashion, or consumer brands is a plus.
  • Strong track record managing complex and confidential searches with discretion and professionalism.
  • Experience building strategic partnerships with business leaders and influencing hiring decisions.
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking and other platforms/systems; experience with Greenhouse, LinkedIn enterprise recruiting, and similar platforms is a plus.
  • Skilled in sourcing, interviewing, and negotiating offers across various roles and seniority levels.
  • Ability to balance high-volume recruiting with targeted, specialized searches.
  • Deep understanding of best practices in candidate experience, DEI hiring, and employment branding.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
  • Occasional travel may be required to support in-person events or onsite hiring needs.

Primary Location Salary Range:

$115,000- $145,000
