Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 8, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management.

• Co-develop and implement strategic talent acquisition plans to meet the organization's hiring needs.

• Ensure operational excellence in all recruitment processes and procedures.

• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, continuously improving our recruitment strategies.

• Analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.

• Foster relationships with stakeholders (internal and external) including hiring managers, agencies, educational institutes, etc.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role, preferably in healthcare or a related industry

• Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing recruitment teams

• Proven track record of fulfilling high acquisition volume

• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and trends

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic hiring plans

• Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills

• Proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making
