Tyson Foods is seeking a skilled SS&P Manager for the Foodservice Prepared team in the United States. The role supports K–12 and Distribution channels, translates strategic plans into market actions, and serves as the primary liaison between field sales, supply chain, and business units.

Job Details: Summary: The SS&P Manager is a key member of the Foodservice Prepared team, supporting the K–12 and Distribution channels. This role handles day-to-day execution and support, and helps deliver against annual financial and volume targets for Tyson Foodservice Prepared categories. The Manager works alongside the Senior Managers who set growth strategy 12+ months out, and turns that strategy into reliable results for customers and the field. This position is a critical link between field sales, supply chain, demand planning, and business unit teams. The Manager is the go-to resource for customer and field questions that need more than the tools and information on hand, and turns insights into actions that improve execution in market. The role emphasizes performance analytics, distribution effectiveness, and channel-specific dynamics, including distributor network performance. The SS&P Manager works in a highly cross‑functional environment and plays a central role in aligning strategy with execution, so the sales organization can win with customers and operators. The ideal candidate shows strong ownership, analytical capability, and a proactive mindset, and can quickly synthesize information into clear recommendations.
