Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Manager, Global Supply Chain Capabilities to optimize SAP order management and logistics across the organization. This remote role partners with cross-functional teams to enhance process continuity and regulatory compliance in a pharmaceutical setting.

The position focuses on supporting system changes, maintaining SOPs, and driving efficiency and service level improvements in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 5+ years in supply chain operations, preferably in biotech or pharma.
• Master's degree with 4+ years of relevant experience preferred.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP ERP platforms, especially S/4HANA.
• GxP compliance knowledge and regulatory requirements in pharmaceutical operations.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary operational support for SAP order management and logistics processes.
• Monitor logistics and distribution to ensure timely issue resolution and continuity.
• Track and report on workload, ticket volumes, and resolution times.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data issues and process exceptions.
• Maintain and update SOPs and training materials.
• Participate in testing and deployment of system updates and enhancements.
• Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements for efficiency.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Manager, Global Supply Chain Capabilities to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space.

This role will support global supply chain operations by ensuring order management and logistics processes run smoothly across the organization. The position will partner closely with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, improve process continuity, and strengthen operational execution in a regulated environment. In addition, this leader will help maintain documentation, support system changes, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and service levels.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $114,600 – $154,600 annually

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary operational support for SAP order management and logistics processes
• Monitor logistics and distribution to ensure timely issue resolution and process continuity
• Track and report on operational workload, including ticket volumes and resolution times
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data issues and process exceptions
• Maintain and update standard operating procedures and training materials
• Participate in testing and deployment activities for system updates and enhancements
• Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements for operational efficiency
