Ladders is seeking a Senior Manager, Supply Chain - CMO Management & Project Management to lead contract manufacturing partnerships within a regulated biopharmaceutical environment. The role focuses on governance, cost management, and ensuring compliant, timely product delivery while partnering with internal stakeholders and external CMOs.

Location: Remote. You will oversee cross-functional program execution, negotiate with CMOs, monitor cost variances, and drive improvements.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific field is required.
• 7+ years of biopharmaceutical or pharmaceutical CMC development experience.
• Strong knowledge of GMP and regulatory requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and cross-functional teams.

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Manager, Supply Chain - CMO Management & Project Management to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space.
This role will oversee critical contract manufacturing partnerships and the project management discipline that supports efficient, compliant product delivery. The position partners closely with internal stakeholders and external manufacturing organizations to improve productivity, manage execution, and support timely launches. Success in this role will come from balancing operational governance, cross-functional coordination, and cost management in a highly regulated biopharmaceutical environment.
Location: Remote
Compensation: $131,800 – $176,800 annually
