Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Manager, Strategy & Operations, Finance Transformation to join our client’s team in the Finance & Insurance space. This role leads client-facing finance transformation work strengthening accounting, FP&A, and enabling technology processes.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available. Compensation: $110,000 - $130,000 annually. You will partner with client stakeholders, drive engagement economics, coach teams, and deliver high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in public accounting or operational finance leadership.
• Experience transforming finance functions into strategic partners.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles.
• Interest in the intersection of finance and technology, including BI tools and AI.
• Proven track record in hiring and developing finance teams.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

For our client, we are seeking a Manager, Strategy & Operations, Finance Transformation to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.

This role will lead client-facing finance transformation work that strengthens accounting, FP&A, and enabling technology processes. The position will partner closely with client stakeholders and acquired entity teams to close information gaps, improve engagement economics, and deliver high-quality outcomes. It also offers the opportunity to help identify growth opportunities, support complex post-close activities, and coach team members in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong accounting foundation and a track record of helping finance functions evolve into more strategic business partners. Success in this role will require the ability to balance hands-on execution with relationship management, team leadership, and practical problem-solving across transformative finance projects.
