Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Manager, Strategy & Operations, Finance Transformation to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.

This role will lead finance transformation engagements that help clients strengthen accounting operations, improve financial visibility, and create more effective finance functions. The position will work across accounting, FP&A, and technology workstreams to support high-growth organizations through periods of change and integration. It will also involve partnering closely with client teams and acquired entity stakeholders to deliver practical improvements, manage engagement economics, and identify new opportunities for value creation.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong accounting foundation, consulting-style client leadership, and the ability to guide teams through complex transformation work. This opportunity is well suited for someone who can combine technical finance insight with relationship management, operational discipline, and coaching leadership.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $125,000 - $150,000 annually

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to hire, develop, and lead finance teams
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
