  • Project & Change Management: Develop and manage transformation workplans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables. Coordinate across finance, accounting, operations, IT, and other business functions to keep initiatives on schedule.
  • Training & Adoption: Develop documentation, standard operating procedures, and training materials while helping finance and operational teams successfully adopt new systems and processes.
  • Executive Communication: Present assessments, recommendations, implementation plans, project status, risks, and key decisions to CFO and executive leadership, translating complex finance and technology issues into clear business recommendations.
  • Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Serve as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and external software vendors, implementation partners, consultants, and other third parties throughout the transformation.
  • Continuous Improvement: Establish processes and performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of transformation initiatives and identify additional opportunities for automation, efficiency, scalability, and improved financial visibility.
